By embedding impact at the heart of the Group's business model, we build a durable social infrastructure — complementary to financial investments — that prepares Sahelian communities for the challenges of the next decade.

Flagship programs
Sahel Founders Fellowship
An 18-month excellence program for 40 young entrepreneurs selected annually from 8 Sahelian countries. Access to a senior mentor network, seed capital and intensive training in strategy, finance and leadership.
Digital Academy for Women
A 6-month certified program in digital skills, e-commerce and financial management for women entrepreneurs. Deployed in partnership with regional universities and field NGOs in 6 countries.
Resilient Agricultural Capital
Micro-financing fund (USD 500–5,000) paired with training in sustainable agricultural practices. Targeting small Sahelian farmers exposed to climate risks, with 12 months of technical support.
Africa AI Fellowship
Annual fellowship awarded to 12 African talents in AI applied to development — health, agriculture, education, finance. Includes a 3-month residency in a leading African tech ecosystem.
